Important Vendor Information for Earth Day SF
Our Vendor Coordinator responds to all applications and will help determine acceptance. Our goal is to have vendors that reflect a belief in the basic principles of Earth Day.
SPACE ASSIGNMENT AND INSTRUCTIONS
All applications will receive a follow up email from our Vendor Coordinator, and you will be provided with the details for vending at the festival. We strive to create a positive environment for sharing science-based information and educating each other about important environmental issues. We appreciate your participation which adds so much to the festival. All approved vendors who are paid in full will receive an email no later than April 15 which will include the site map, space assignment, and info sheet with all load-in (9:00 - 11:00 am) and load-out (6:00 - 9:00 pm) instructions.
PAYMENT
Vendors should proceed promptly with payment to ensure a reserved spot, as space is very limited. You can confirm your reservation by emailing earthdaysf@gmail.com.

FORCE MAJEURE
If weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Earth Day SF causes the event to be canceled, participation fees will not be returned. Neither party will be held liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes: acts of God, accident, epidemic, pandemic (including the COVID-19 pandemic), quarantine, or natural catastrophes.
EARTH DAY SF VENDOR RELEASE AGREEMENT:
Earth Day SF does not participate in the construction, or assembly of, the individual vendor’s exhibit. The Vendor Coordinator provides only the Sponsor's space with a 6 ft table, and 2 chairs at the event, unless special arrangements have been made.
All Vendors, including nonprofits, are to bring tables and chairs with them. Again, please contact us if needed.
The vendor hereby indemnifies Earth Day SF, its agents, employees, and the client, its agents, and employees, and holds them harmless from any and all claims, including costs and attorney’s fees resulting from, or arising out of, said vendor’s participation in this event. For the purposes of this agreement, the term “participation” shall include, but not be limited to, the delivery of equipment, merchandise, structures, and products to their designated location, the set up and display of any such structure and products, and the dismantling and removal of all such items from the area provided by or through the producer or its agents, employees, or the client or its agents and employees. The vendor hereby expressly assumes any risk of harm to the vendor arising out of their participation and the participation of other artists in Earth Day SF, including any risk resulting from the particular location of the space designated to them by the Vendor Coordinator.
